How it works
A simple service for every covered holiday.
We Install the Sleeve
Pack & Troop 423 installs a flush lawn sleeve once, then uses it for fast, consistent flag placement.
Enjoy the Holidays
Scouts place your flag before each holiday and retrieve it after. You do not need to store anything.
Permanent sleeve installation
A low-profile sleeve designed for everyday lawn use.
To quickly place and retrieve flags on schedule, we install a small permanent sleeve flush with your grass or lawn. When the flag is not displayed, a premium metal cap seals the sleeve.
- Flush fit: Sits level with the sod so mower blades pass over it.
- Debris protection: The heavy-duty cap keeps dirt and grass clippings out.
- Careful placement: Installed near your curb or lawn edge for street visibility while staying clear for children and pets.

The sleeve is placed near the curb or lawn edge for strong street visibility. It sits flush with the lawn and is capped when not in use so it stays safe around mowers, children, and pets.
